WHAT TO DO NOW
NEW SITES (not built yet)
Follow these instructions for a NEW website that has not been built yet:
1. Request hosting setup after you have placed your order: [email protected]
We will need the following information if you would like US to configure the DNS on your or your customers' behalf:
a. Hosting provider name and URL to login
b. Username/Password for the account
c. Name on the account
d. PIN code if applicable
e. Customer phone number (most registrars now require 2-factor authentication)*
* we will NOT contact your customer unless we have to and we will be representing you
If YOU or your customer will be configuring the DNS, once setup, we will reply to your request with the server IP address and SENDGRID settings that need to be entered. The email will contain setup instructions.
2. Site Setup
Once DNS propagates, we will proceed with site setup and create a Base Divi Clone. This includes all of the theme add-ons and premium plugins.
If WE are building the site: you can sit back and relax, we got this!
If YOU are building the site: we will let you know once the instance is created and working, so you can begin site development.

EXISTING SITES (need approval)
Follow these instructions for an EXISTING website that has not been approved:
1. Request approval after you have placed your order: [email protected]
We will need the following information:
a. Website URL
b. Username/Password for the Wordpress Admin account
* if admin account or access is not accessible, we will make our determination based purely on the site online. BEFORE we can transfer a site, we WILL NEED ADMIN access to Wordpress or CPanel.
2. Site Approval - Notification
Most websites will be approved. If for some reason, the website is NOT approved, you will be promptly refunded.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we are proceeding with your site hosting.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT CHANGE DNS UNTIL WE HAVE INDICATED TO DO SO.
3. Create Staging DNS Record
We will need the following information if you would like US to configure the DNS on your or your customers' behalf:
a. Hosting provider name and URL to login
b. Username/Password for the account
c. Name on the account
d. PIN code if applicable
e. Customer phone number (most registrars now require 2-factor authentication)*
* we will NOT contact your customer unless we have to and we will be representing you
If YOU or your customer will be configuring the DNS, once setup, we will reply to your request with the server IP address and SENDGRID settings that need to be entered. The email will contain setup instructions.
ONLY the STAGING DNS needs to be configured on this step.
4. Site Setup
We will now continue by setting up the hosting account.
a. We will create a backup on the previous hosting space using All In One WP Migration.
b. We will move the site to the new server on the STAGING instance.
c. We will test all features, functionality and design to ensure everything is working correctly.
d. The customer will be contacted to review the staging site and approve.
e. Upon approval, we will change the DNS to make the site live.
IMPORTANT: IF CUSTOMER HAS EMAIL AT THE OLD HOST, THIS COULD DELAY GOING LIVE.
